SOPHIE MERTENS-STOBBAERTS
Co-founder and partner of Impulse Formation et Accompagnement , Sophie Mertens-Stobbaerts has more than 25 years of experience in the energy and services sectors. During her international career, she has worked in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment. She has held positions in Strategy, Sustainable Development, Communication and Institutional Relations.
Economist, econometrician, graduate in Environmental Management and Organizational Transformation Management, Sophie is also a Certified Professional Coach in Cognitive Neurosciences.
In 2020, she set up her consultancy, training and support firm U-Sustain for a Sustainable Business and in 2021 developed her professional coaching activity by creating U-Align .
SARA
SARES
Sara Sarrès is a partner and co-founder of Impulse Formation et Accompagnement .
Sara is a graduate in Social and Solidarity Economy and in the Law of Aid and Social Action.
She has been running a social and medico-social establishment for more than 9 years within the France Terre d'Asile Association. She is also a Professional Coach certified by the International Coaching Institute of Geneva as well as a certified practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
In 2020, she created her coaching practice, Sara Coach and Counsel .
At Impulse, Sara puts her passion and experience in risk prevention and crisis management to good use in support for Managers and their teams.
